Congratulations to Payton Weeder, she will be awarded the Hope Begins With You Scholarship for all her hard work hosting our school and community blood drives this year. During this school year, Minden High School collected 254 units of blood, resulting in a $2500 scholarship!

¡Feliz Semana Santa! This week, Spanish 2-4 studied different Holy Week traditions that are going on right now across the Spanish-speaking world. ESP 2 studied the religious processions in Spain, ESP 3 created "cascarones" like those made in Mexico, and ESP 4 created a large "alfombra de flores" (flower rug) like those made in Guatemala.

Minden High School freshmen took part in the South Central Nebraska Career Fair held in Holdrege this morning. They learned about area businesses, college funding, and career clusters. They also brought home some great swag from the various businesses and colleges.
