The speech team had a fabulous day at Loup City. We earned 4 varsity and 5 novice gold medals and team champs in both novice and varsity divisions. Special shout out to Evan Porter for being a TRIPLE GOLD MEDAL winner.
Five members representing MHS National Honor Society presented the staff at KCHS Clinic with fruit, vegetable, and cheese trays on Friday, Feb. 17, to show their appreciation for all that the healthcare workers do for our community.

The speech team hosted 29 schools on Saturday at the 19th annual Minden Invite! It was a great day for the whippets as they pulled in 30 medals. Thank you to all who came out to support the team!

MHS speech competitors continue to have great success in their season as they competed at the Central Nebraska Forensics League #2 meet in Grand Island. The team is 38 members strong. They head to Aurora this Saturday for their next meet. Results from the CNFL meet are included!
