Our first Whippet Pack Family competition was a blast! Special thanks to the senior cross country athletes for speaking, the HS band for playing and all the teachers and students for making it a fun time!

The Homecoming Parade will be on September 27 at 2:30 p.m. on the square. The crowning will take place at the Minden Opera House’s balcony immediately after the parade.
Organizations or groups wanting to enter a parade float are asked to line up on the streets east and north of the post office. (Do NOT line up behind the fire department vehicles – in case of emergency and to ensure you’re included as the emergency vehicles are the last entry of the parade.) Your entry will be directed into the parade once there.
If inclement weather occurs, we will notify the public via our social media, text, and phone call protocol. The coronation would then take place before the football game.
