Cross Country had a great showing at the Gothenburg Invite. Boys were runner up and the Girls brought home the Championship!!
The E Sports team is working concessions at the final home softball game of the season. What a fun week for everyone!
At the Cozad Girls Golf Invite this week, KayLynn Jorgensen tied our 9-hole school record with a terrific score of 35...as a freshman! She shot an 18-hole score of 77 and was the individual champion for the tournament. Keep up the great work, KayLynn!

The MHS Marching Band will be participating in the Harvest of Harmony Parade and Field Competition in GI this Saturday 10/1. They will be #40 in the parade if plan to attend! Parade starts at 8:15AM. Attached is the parade route.

The SWC Cross Country Championship Meet will take place at Minden Country Club on Thursday October 6, 2022. The start time is set for 4:00pm. Please see the attached map for course information and designated parking areas. We are asking all spectators park in the area 1.

Just a reminder the volleyball team is hosting a "Crushing It For The Cure" event on Thursday, October 13th during their matches with Holdrege. We are selling t-shirts and Husker Volleyball Raffle Tickets. T-shirt orders are due by Tuesday, October 4th at noon. We will be selling Husker VB raffle tickets through Oct 13. I have attached the link for the t-shirt order form. All proceeds will benefit CureSearch, an organization which funds research for childhood cancers, and The American Cancer Society.

Congratulations to Meredith Johnson on being named the teammate of the week last week. Meredith was nominated by Madisen Mulroney for being a great big sister (big sis/little sis program). Congratulations Meredith!!
Our team/players broken some school records last week. On Thursday against Gothenburg, we broke the record for team digs (116), team assists (64), team kills (68). In addition Bailey Rogers broke the school record for digs in a match (39). Despite breaking these records, we lost this match which goes to show you what an incredible battle it was.On Saturday against McCook, Bailey Rogers broke the record for career digs in her last dig of the match with 1556 digs. If you have not gotten a chance to watch these girls in action, plan to attend their next home match on Monday, October 3rd in a triangular with Southern Valley and Hastings St. Cecilia. 💜🏐💜
