We have two weeks worth of Teammate of the Week winners (just got a bit behind in posting). Two weeks ago Malayna Emery was nominated by Madisen Mulroney for doing anything to help the team. Last week we had 55 nominations. It was sure fun to hear all of those. Our girls really love each other. Last week's winner was Emma Goodrich. She was nominated by Grace Hansen for always cheering Grace up and always being ready to get better with anything. Congratulations. We are proud of you!! 💜🏐💜

Lifters Of the Month August
Junior/Senior
Austin Lutkemeier
Austin had a great summer, setting personal bests at Bench Press and Hang Clean. He hasn’t backed off at all now that the school year and football season have started. So, I expect him to still see gains in the next testing cycle.
Makenna Starkey
Makenna has continued to impress all summer long and into the start of the school year. She is extremely driven to improve and is very competitive in the weight room. I can guarantee with her work ethic she will continue to see improvements in her lifts as well as her agility and jump tests
Freshman/Sophomore
Frank Kovacs
Frank is fairly new to the weight room but you would never know it by watching him. His form has improved very quickly because he is not afraid to ask questions. Frank’s numbers are jumping up fast because there is no lack of effort when he comes in the weight room.
Myka Petersen
Myka had a good summer of lifting before we saw her in August and it showed. Her form and technique was solid and she continues to improve. She is very driven to get stronger and I look forward to seeing what she accomplishes this year.
