SNAP Benefits

MPS cares deeply about your child's success in school. Here are some resources that families might need for school lunch.

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) is an available benefit to support your family to afford food right now. SNAP provides monthly grocery benefits to help you buy food where you usually shop.

SNAP also supports our school and community! Receiving SNAP helps our school receive funding for education programming, school nutrition, internet access, and school libraries, and it helps more students receive meals at no cost, both in school and out of school.

To qualify for SNAP, your household's income has to be below a certain level, generally the same amount as free or reduced-price school meals. To see if you're eligible for SNAP, visit mRelief.com or text Food to 74544.
